• Confirm that the movement has been pre-announced or booked through the approved process.
• Carry the correct collection or delivery reference, cargo documents and vehicle information.
• Check the assigned date or time window and any customer-specific release instructions.
• Ensure the driver has valid identification and all legally required transport documents.
• Review terminal safety, personal protective equipment and prohibited-item requirements.

Follow terminal signage and use the designated lane for the movement type. Present the booking or reference information and wait for instructions before entering operational areas. Drivers must remain within permitted zones and follow all directions from terminal personnel.

• Use only the assigned area and follow the terminal traffic plan.
• Do not move cargo, keys or documents without authorization.
• Report visible damage, missing information or a mismatch in unit identity immediately.
• Observe speed limits, PPE rules and restrictions on mobile-phone use in operational areas.
• Confirm that the cargo and documentation are complete before leaving the terminal.
