About us
A terminal partner built around your operation.
Sallaum Terminal combines the infrastructure of a major European gateway with the accessibility and flexibility of a hands-on operating team.
Specialized in the movement of vehicles
Located in the Port of Antwerp-Bruges, Sallaum Terminal supports the handling, storage, preparation and onward movement of finished vehicles and other RoRo cargo. Our core focus is new automotive cargo, supported by capabilities for commercial vehicles, machinery, high-and-heavy units, breakbulk and project cargo.
Every program is built around the same priorities: cargo care, controlled handovers, clear communication and operational continuity.
Part of an integrated RoRo network
Sallaum Terminal is connected to the wider Sallaum organization, bringing terminal activity closer to ocean transportation, supply chain management and inland distribution. This structure allows customers to engage the terminal as a focused service provider or coordinate a broader solution across multiple stages of the journey.
Where services are delivered through another Sallaum entity or a qualified partner, the scope, responsibilities and reporting lines are defined clearly before execution.
Direct communication
Capacity, service sequence and release plans are shaped around actual cargo requirements.
Flexible planning
Capacity, service sequence and release plans are shaped around actual cargo requirements.
Cargo care
Handling and storage processes are designed to protect condition and reduce avoidable risk.
Accountable execution
Responsibilities, checkpoints and exception workflows are agreed before cargo arrives.
Capacity with purpose
Our 325,000 m² terminal includes 125,000 m² of covered storage and capacity for up to 15,000 cars. The value of that footprint is not only space. It is the ability to separate programs, protect vehicles, manage dwell and coordinate release in a controlled way.
Why Antwerp
Antwerp places cargo inside a dense European logistics ecosystem with access to major industrial and consumer markets. Road, rail and shortsea connections provide options for both inbound supply and onward distribution, while the wider port community supports the specialist services required by international automotive and RoRo flows.
Our commitment
We aim to be the terminal partner customers can reach, rely on and grow with. That means investing in capacity, strengthening processes, developing our people and making practical improvements that support quality, safety, efficiency and lower-impact logistics.
